Excuses. We all have them. Because there are so many things reasons to skip today’s workout. Sick kids, the all-nighter at the office followed by coming home to sick kids, followed by the all-nighter at home with the sick kids with another long day at the office to look forward to plus it’s that time of the month. Plus you have that thing to plan for this weekend.
Guess what? No excuses, just get it done. This is the one section of the day that is just for you, but in doing it, you make yourself a better person, mother, wife, friend, boss and employee. You also make yourself irresistible in leggings. So shut off the alarm and go get hawt. You work hard and you deserve this.
